I hadn't been here in years. Thought we'd give it another try and everything was great! My only negative is that they need to post a current menu somewhere. There were a lot more options than I could see online.

We love this place and eat here often. We have had a couple mistakes over the year and they ALWAYS make it right. Everyone is human, things happen, but it's how you handle it that counts!

I've been waiting to write a review for a couple reasons. Austin is nice and I think that he may actually think he's doing a good job. However, the experience I had was unreal.
I reached out to Austin on April 18 2020 after looking at his work both on Facebook and his website. I have been looking for someone to take my grandmothers table that she left me when she passed and turn it into a table that was more my style while using the same wood.
I explained it all to Austin and he seemed very excited about it. I also let him know that my grandmother did not come from money and I wasn't sure about the wood quality. He assured me that this is what he does and he was confident that he could make it into something beautiful. He wanted to see examples of what I liked so I pulled pictures from his Facebook and his website. I wanted a counter height table that would seat 8
On April 30th I drove three hours to meet up with him and handover my table. I paid $1200 and was told it might take 6 weeks. I didn't hear back from him. So I reached out on June 14th. No response. June 17th he asked me which invoice I was told me my table was in multiple pieces and that he was working on it. Said he was waiting on some hardwood and expected to have it done in 14 days it's all gravy from here. He also explained to me that he was put back on active duty with the Air Force so his time schedule has been pushed back a little bit....What kind of person would I be if I didn't respect that?
After the 14 days have passed I started texting regularly and trying to set up a time to meet with him so I could get the table back. He would either ignore me or some thing would come up on planned days.
Finally on July 17th we met. What this man delivered me, believing that this was even close to what I wanted or even close to satisfactory work was appalling. There were two small pieces in this monstrosity that were from my grandmothers table. He didn't have the chairs done, nor did he even return them to me.
My husband is an amazing contractor so I know what satisfactory work looks like.
What this man is telling people is a shit ton of lies.
The table that I got back with some thing that a 12-year-old could've slept together in one day. The wood was still so wet that the table itself actually molded. If you set a glass on this table top it would tip over nothing was level or even, paint was literally dripping down the base. It was a complete and total joke and I told him so.

Austin DID refund me my $1200. My stepdad took two pieces from the base, which were the only pieces from my grandmothers table, and made me a small side table which I will show in the picture section. That is the only thing I have left of my grandmothers table.
Austin will not get back to me on any of my messages. I've been trying to coordinate with him since the day I picked up my table, so that I could get my chairs and my table top back. None of which were used on what he gave me so I'm not sure where they are.
My warning to everyone is look very closely at the pictures of his recent work before you purchase anything. After doing lots of research I think that the beautiful pictures on his website are from his grandfather's work not his own.
During all the chaos I reached out to a woman who also wrote a review on here, she had a similar story to me. Apparently he uses getting put back on active duty as an excuse and that really pisses me off.

Rude, rude, rude. Being polite goes along ways.
Takes forever and they're pushy. The line is always long so you would think they could handle it better.
