First time here and I left with great satisfactory. The staff are friendly and the jewelry are so beautiful! Lindsay B here is a great assistant, she explains everything and gives suggestions. And she never got tired or annoyed when I asked her questions. I have no idea why the readings here are so low, but I definitely recommend here

My husband bought me a beautiful ring at Pandora, but unfortunately, it was too small for me. The return policy states "Items in unused and original condition purchased are eligible for returns within 30 days in store with receipt." This is false. My husband went to the store and spoke with the seller who told him that they would not accept the ring because according to them it had a scratch. I never wore the ring, which means that they sold us the scratched ring, obviously, the scratch can only be seen with a magnifying glass and my husband did not know that he should use a magnifying glass to check it. Obviously, he thought he was buying from a serious and reputable store.
We contacted customer service and they did not solve our problem either, now I am with a 647 dollar ring that I cannot use and that the store does not accept either. Horrible experience!!
Brought some jewelry on sale. It supposed to be arrive with in 7 days. And after 10 days I called then where is my product. They said may be it got canceled ( showing pending on their screen) so they recommend to buy it again in full price.

Eh..Disappointing.
I have always walked by Pandora stores but have never actually stopped in so we decided to check it out. The store was tiny and it was a bit crowded. The bracelets and charms are super cute and the service was OKAY except the lady who helped us was super pushy. I got a bracelet but wasn't ready to add any charms at that particular moment but she kind of made me feel bad for not wanting charms. It kind of felt like the bracelet wasn't good enough without the charm. It was so bizarre because she started off very sweet but her attitude changed quickly. I probably will not visit this Pandora location again when I am in Vegas but if you like the store, you should give it a try. They did have really nice charms and bracelets for both men and women.

I honestly think that Pandora Jewelry is basically the wearable Zippo of the jewelry industry. Zippo tends to have a firm MSRP whereever state you go, and I think Pandora is exactly the same in the pricing. Which is nice if you're going into another state and just want a small trinket for yourself (or a friend).
Which is basically what happened the last time hubby and i was in Vegas. I saw a Pandora, wanted to see what items they have, and walked out a little poorer. They do have exclusive Vegas charms, so definitely come here if you're looking for that unique gift.
Staff was fine. They helped us immediately when we walked in, I was able to pick out a few things to my liking, asked all the questions I could possibly have, and was able to look at other items that I normally wouldn't be able to look at if the store was super busy or super full.
The only qualm is that the store is small, so when it gets busy, it gets extremely crowded. Also, the jewelry quality really isn't the best. It's all fashion and name, but the jewelry does basically bronze if you don't wear it for some time. It can definitely tarnish. But, it is cute, and it is nice to be able to do your own kind of customization on jewelry.

Ok folks, what's your opinion on this? I say Buyer Beware!
Had my first experience & last with Pandora over the holidays. They had a special going of a "free" bracelet with every purchase over $100. I had already put enough in my cart for 1 but thought hey, I'll spend a little more to get two extra free bracelets. My order arrived and no extra bracelets along with one short that I paid for.
Now keep in mind they ( the free bracelets ) were in stock and sitting in my cart at checkout. I went through their website and asked via their contact form where they were. Not once. but a few times. They responded by sending me the missing bracelet I paid for but still not the other two. I called and was advised that this was a "while supplies last" offer and they were no longer available so there was nothing they could do.
I explained and still say that if it was in stock when I checked out that they should come through with what they advertised. They contend that since it didn't make it to my receipt that they won't bother. I obviously shouldn't have bothered spending extra to take the bait.
They apparently have no intention of following through and act as if I should just be thankful that the other I paid for made it onto the receipt. I'm ticked, feel that they mislead me and since they already have my money, could care less whether I'm happy or not.
Am I making too much of this? Should I just be thankful they came through with what I purchased? Am I just being a bitch? Would you be miffed? It's the principle of the thing for me. The bracelets were free I get it. Be honest, tell me what you'd be doing? Never mind the extra $250.00 I spent later that day buying more Pandora from a local jewelry store.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I placed an order online realized within mins my address was incorrect I contact Pandora they said there was nothing they could do not even cancel the order. So I was able to update my address on with ups, then I received an alert Pandora requested the package be held at the ups facility. I waited for over a week for a new delivery date or pickup time and didn't receive this. Now the package has been sent back to Pandora and susette tells me "I didn't pick it up on time so theres nothing they can do" I always wear James Avery and will continue to do so.Pandora customer service is horrible!!

Love Pandora! Not sure what's up with the bad reviews. My Pandora Jewelry seldom tarnishes however just FYI all silver will tarnish especially when you shower, swim, or simply do not take care of it. Simple trick buy the cleaning kit or the cleaning liquid they sell it does wonders! Pandora also offers free cleaning. When I drop off mine for cleaning it super amazes me that people drop off their pieces and they are black!!! Wow!!! Pandora is high quality, hand finished beautiful. If you do not want to remove it then buy 14k gold people. Remember when you expose it to water, perfumes, body lotions it will tarnish faster but you can clean and polish it. Take care of it and it will always be gorgeous. I have never had a piece fall off or break and I own most of the store!!!

Bought my ring at one store in Miami, a stone had fall off after one week of having the ring on, went to another store to make the return located at the Falls. One of the Managers, Christina, worked on the night of Feb. 13th told me that the customers can only allow to make the return where they got them from. I gave it a two star instead of one because in the end she finally decided to give the full refund back to me w/ the receipt provided. I had the time to check online, see Pandora's Return Policy below. Either the manager at the location wasn't well trained, or the website is misleading.

I'm pretty sure this is the Caesars Palace location. Not writing a review to complain about the product (which was an issue hence why I went in the first place) but the ladies working there where questionable (appeared depressed, bored to the max, telling each other the same stories for the 40th time). All the other shops in Caesars have the best customer service except this one. Any company that has a terrible return/refund policy is a red flag. I don't know if they treat their employees poorly but I will avoid the brand all together. These employees can't make much in commission off of cheap jewelry at a location that can barely afford the space. I wouldn't be motivated to work either if I were them.
