kind, caring, knowledgeable. Highly recommended!! Dr.Kim will not keep you as a patient unless he can help you. I think that speaks for itself!

My family went to get pastries and coffee and was dismayed by the quality. I expected better from this chain that markets itself in the upscale market. Had an almond croissant that was rubbery and not flaky crispy like a croissant should be. The service was minimal had to ask for basics because their water container was empty, no napkins and a bit if an attitude from the attendant each time I asked for something that wasn't offered. My husband hated the coffee was semi burnt taste. Do not recommend you shop for pastries or coffee here..... instead head out the a new pastry shop that just opened up in Burlingame next to the old most famous pastry place on the Burlingame main shopping area... the name escapes me but its small and french.

We went with my family to try this place and after we sat down we spotted their offensive art, making fun of Jesus. I will make sure others are aware that yo don't care to offense someones religious beliefs. Disgusting!

This review is with my interactions with Jill. She was condescending and her customer service skills are lacking. I would not trust my child to her after this. I have been trying to sign up my child to this studio for proximity reasons but they first didn't accept him when he was really young, then they never had a time that was convenient for my child's school schedule.

They kept insisting for years to sign up by those automated emails and it never worked with my schedule. Today I get an email from them (that apparently was a mistake and I wasn't suppose to get the email) and I write an email back to Jill asking about the 4pm class that was mentioned in the email (that was sent to me by mistake) and she writes back to me telling me, and I quote: ....."I can not help you at this time because you have never been willing to even have xxx do a trial so I don't even know if he would be accepted into the Monday 4:00 pm class."

After reading the other reviewers experience with Jill, I am going to run the other way and never come back. I suggest you do the same.
